MGR, MARKET DATA & ANALYTICS - To assist the organization in increasing the ROI on its syndicated data, panel data, and shopper marketing data bases. This position provides high level business consulting on key issues driving the business. Key internal customers include the business teams (i.e., Nature Made, Private Label, Innovation, SOYJOY), sales personnel for key customers, and members of the Executive Team. Requires a four-year college or university degree, or its equivalent, mathematics, statistics strategies or other related field. Masters degree preferred. Requires five to eight years of experience in analyzing customer data using syndicated data analysis tools and in providing high level consulting on key business issues driving the performance of the company. Requires comprehensive knowledge of syndicated information industry including IRI or Nielsen store and consumer based services, panel data, and shopper marketing data (e.g., CVS ExtraCare and Kroger dunnhumby). Requires strong technical skills to leverage information, utilizing technology, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen/IRI systems. Requires strong analytical and communication skills. |
