As Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition for our newly launched DTC brands. You will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive the next chapter of growth for Pharmavite.
In this role, the Head of Performance Marketing will report to the DVP, Digital and work closely with the Brand Marketing, Science & Technology, Legal/Regulatory, Operations and Finance teams to launch and grow innovative wellness brands that bring the gift of health to life. You will take a leadership role in building a best-in-class consumer experience across all touchpoints.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver:
- Develop and execute strategies and channel management to drive acquisition and retention on DTC brands
- Build a forecast and manage a marketing budget to drive growth. You will lead the strategy, marketing channel mix & budget allocation, campaign execution and key performance metrics providing senior leadership with summaries and analysis of campaigns, results, and forecasts.
- Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with relevant partners (internal and external)
- Be the internal champion of all thing's performance marketing and customer acquisition to create broad visibility into and enthusiasm for the strategic impact that the function can deliver to the business.
- Stay on top of industry trends and implement best practices on acquisition conversation rate optimization and personalization
- Identify and drive new game-changing performance marketing opportunities to further scale the business and improve efficiencies
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for discovering and scaling growth opportunities. This person has proven data analysis skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects according to value to the business.
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to align internal and external partners behind goals.
- Scaled e-commerce businesses through their early stages, achieving growth and top line targets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using metrics to drive business decisions.
- Strong understanding of the conversion funnel and a passion for conversion rate. Optimization.

To take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
- 7+ years marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer eCommerce organization. Experience must include analytics-based decision-making where success is measured in terms of customer growth, website conversion and customer loyalty.
- Subscription model experience a plus.
- Results-oriented self-starter with track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment.
- High degree of comfort with media measurement tools and attribution methods.
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability to consume and understand data, work with decision scientists and analysts to get to clear results and analysis.
- Skilled at promoting collaboration and driving problem resolution across all levels and functions of the business.
