The Senior Manager, eCommerce Analytics drives the creation and interpretation of analytical insights to help drive profitable growth within Pharmavite's e-commerce channel. This role is responsible for developing actionable reporting, presenting KPIs and assisting in its eCommerce strategy formation. The Senior Manager, eCommerce Analytics integrates consumer's online shopping behavior data with sales performance to identify actionable insights that ensures the company is exceeding retailer and shopper expectations while maximizing conversion. The Senior Manager, eCommerce Analytics reports to DVP, eCommerce and manages a direct report.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Evaluating and optimizing the promotional and pricing framework needed to succeed in each of the E-Commerce areas of busines, including Amazon and retailer dot-com sites
  • Creating models, conducting research, and analyzing actual business performance against targets in the Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and Forecasts. Quantifies opportunities and risks, and recommends alternatives
  • Providing feedback to Innovation team using eTail sales and digital shelf trends and recommendations for new products
  • Maintaining and improving eTail KPI dashboard, integrating data from POS systems, Profitero, Salsify and Vendor Channel. Leading monthly reporting meetings with Sales Leadership Team and individual sales teams by key retailer
  • Tracking performance of new items, including Search terms, POS analysis of competition, new item ratings and reviews, sales performance, and traffic/conversion analyses. Recommends keyword and content optimization of current and new items within eTail channel

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thorough, with the ability to think big-picture and understand key trends and levers that drive the business. You seek out new, best-in-class ways of understanding the eCommerce business and look to integrate understandings into your work performed.

You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Strong ability to synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data cross-functionally and to various levels of roles within the organization
  • Strong bias for action, highly analytical, and a creative problem-solver
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and project, reprioritizing as necessary to align with current business objectives

To take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  • 8-10+ years' experience in Business Analytics, Category Management, or a related field. Experience with eCommerce business preferred
  • Advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint. Data visualization tools a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes and financial analytics
