Jennifer has 20+ years of success as a human resources leader. As CHRO, she leads all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, talent and organization development, business partnering and employee relations, and people operations.
Prior to Pharmavite, Jennifer was an independent consultant providing advisory services to clients spanning start-up, biotech, contract manufacturing, and dietary supplements businesses. She has also held Vice President roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and AbbVie.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Miami University.
