Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise AI Operating Model Design
• Realize the overall vision, evolve the initial strategy, and drive execution of the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Partner with the AI Steering Committee to develop and evolve an enterprise AI operating model that supports scaled, secure and responsible AI Innovation while maintaining governance and speed
• Partner with business leaders to translate AI strategy into clear roles, decision rights, and execution pathways
• Build a disciplined framework for measuring ROI, cost savings, revenue lift, and soft benefits from AI initiatives
AI Platform & Infrastructure Enablement
• Partner with Pharmavite IT to stand up and sustainably operate enterprise AI platforms, tools, and integrations, including managed AI services across major cloud providers
• Establish reusable architecture, standards, and delivery patterns
• Lead multi-disciplinary AI delivery teams across business, data, IT, and risk functions to ensure seamless translation of business needs into technical execution
Governance & Responsible AI Operationalization:
• Partner with AI Steering Committee to embed legal, risk, security, and compliance requirements into day-to-day AI execution without slowing delivery
• Translate responsible AI principles into practical processes and controls embedded in AI intake, review, and delivery workflows
• Prioritize, sequence, recommend and implement approved AI portfolio decisions in alignment with AI Steering Committee
Cross-Functional Delivery & Team Leadership:
• Collaborate with Pharmavite’s Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to ensure AI roadmap supports organizational priorities
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and partner with Pharmavite Communications to build understanding of AI strategy, progress, and impact
• Mentor and develop a team of internal and external resources, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous delivery of business value
• Support deployment of enterprise-wide AI training and enablement programs in partnership with Pharmavite HR
Experience & Qualifications:
Education
• 10+ years of work experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise innovation or management consulting ideally in consumer products industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field
Professional Experience:
• Track record of success in driving organizational technology innovation and transformation
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data governance, and regulatory compliance
• Experience embedding AI or advanced analytics into organizational operating models and core business processes
• Track record of moving AI use cases from intake through deployment and adoption within enterprise governance and platform constraints
• Hands on experience in managing an organization through technology related change

• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities
• Technology mindset, and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and applications

National Target Base Pay Range: $169,000 - $281,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $187,000 - $311,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
