The Associate Project Manager, Visual Merchandising is responsible for managing small to mid-size scale projects and ensuring on-time delivery by developing project plans, managing, and controlling all assigned visual merchandising project activities. This role is responsible for retail-facing sales/merchandising development for brand innovation launches, targeted segment sales, and customer-led incremental sales programs. The Associate Project Manager, Visual Merchandising reports to Manager, Visual Merchandising.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
- Project managing the development of marketing collateral from inception to completion
- Developing project work plans including schedule, cost estimates, and creative briefs
- Collaborating with Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Procurement and Creative teams and providing customer support
- Tracking and reporting project status to management
The ideal candidate is recognized as a strong project manager who possesses effective communication skills with a bias for action towards successful project completions. You are detail-oriented, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, proactive and inspire creativity in a collaborative environment.
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated strong sense of urgency with a bias for action
- Successfully delivered visual merchandising or marketing projects of varying ranges

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, or creative project management, preferably in the CPG or retail industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
