The QA Coordinator II, is responsible for tracking, reviewing and evaluating all processing documents accompanying manufacture and packaging of products. Prepares final documents in order to process product disposition and assists QA Supervisors in providing support on the production floor & conducting GMP audits. The Coordinator II, reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Assembles, reviews and dispositions all manufacturing or packaging records.
  • Samples, inspects and reviews documentation of components, labels and finished goods for proper disposition.
  • Reviews & approves deviations and makes material disposition.
  • Investigates and documents non-conformance events. Determines root cause and implements corrective and preventative actions.
  • Prioritizing and facilitating NCR closure.
  • Conducts routine GMP and documentation audits.
  • Identifies compliance gaps, and develops, revises, and reviews procedures.
  • Tracks and generates metrics and communicates daily quality performance.

  • Reporting of repeated issue trending.

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • One to three years' experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in batch record release documentation review, QA, or equivalent.
  • Strong investigation skills.
  • Excellent follow through and organizational skills.
  • Ability to advocate a quality environment.
