The Senior Manager, Media Analytics will lead insights and analytics for Marketing organization, in partnership with the DTC and Consumer Engagement teams. This person will report directly to the DVP, Insights and Analytics.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Shape the development of a media playbook that is aligned to evidence based principles and research
  • Oversee the development of a sound testing plan to measure and validate our media and creative performance
  • Developing the metrics that matter framework to optimize tracking and reporting
  • Serve as the main contact point in the analysis of digital and direct response campaign to uncover patterns and develop best-in-class guidelines
  • Leading testing & learning through website, email marketing, CRM
  • Developing Consumer Journey Maps

The ideal candidate will have experience in media analytics to serve as thought leader on measuring marketing success and lead the media test & learn agenda, key KPIs and audience targets to define campaign success. They will have experience producing actionable insights to optimize digital marketing (programmatic, social media, search engine, DTC). The ideal candidate will also be expert in story-telling with data and socializing insights in a clear and compelling manner that enables decision-making among stakeholder groups.

You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Ability to work closely with media planning teams to develop an evidence based media strategy (e.g., define the right target, channel mix, budget)
  • Proven ability to oversee the development of analytical learning plans including proper selection of critical metrics to measure media performance
  • Ability to understand data patterns and tie to key business recommendations
  • Ability to generate insightful visualizations and performance dashboards to depict data

To take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Masters in Market Research/Analytics or MBA with a quantitative focus preferred
  • 5+ years professional experience in a marketing analytical role
  • Competency in analytics techniques such as time-series data analysis, A/B test design, segmentation, attribution, market mixed modeling, lift.
  • Knowledge and applied experience in integrated, multi-channel marketing/advertising campaign tactics
  • Knowledge of media planning tools (MRI, Nielsen) and web analytics platforms
