Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Operations
The incumbent will lead and facilitate the execution of human resources strategies and programs to support and drive business objectives through effective partnership with various business functions across our Operations functions. It will lead HR Business Partnership for our Manufacturing and Warehouse facilities (sites), as well as provide HRBP support to other areas within our Operations function. The Senior Manager, HRBP Operations will play a key role in driving effective and consistent implementation of HR initiatives across our Operations sites, including employee engagement and experience, DIB (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging), organization effectiveness; as well as facilitate organizational design, change management, and talent management activities. The Senior Manager, HRBP reports to Director, HRBP and manages, trains, and develops a team of five.
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Establish and maintain in-depth understanding of the assigned client groups and the business to build effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, at all levels of the organization.
Proactively assess organizational performance and culture within assigned business functions to ensure alignment to our core values and recommend and drive needed action via a consultative approach
Build strong work relationships with business leaders and provide strategic HR leadership. Coach and be able to influence leaders to develop effective talent solutions and address individual/team development opportunities. This role will be focused on delivering support to our Supply Chain Operations and Quality leadership teams.
Develop and execute HR strategies, processes, and programs to deliver business results including organization design and structure, talent development and succession, engagement and retention, and talent acquisition.
Partner with functional leaders to design and deploy organization structure solutions based on evolving business needs and organization effectiveness, such as building talent pipelines and facilitating organization changes. Also, collaborate with Organization Development team to develop and implement training and development programs as needed.
You’ll be most successful in this role if you have:
Strong business acumen: understands key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization.
Demonstrated HR business partner expertise at all levels in an organization: ability to create alignment between business goals, behaviors, and compensation systems that drive performance.
Collaborative and consultative style and ability to build trust rapidly; proven experience supporting senior leaders.
Solid track record of successfully implementing and driving talent management and other HR initiatives with business leaders; strong project management skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and proven ability to effectively drive and manage change, strong influencing skills.
Well-developed analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills; as well as a focus on continuous improvement.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment; and ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
SHRM-CP or SCP Certification a plus.
4+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience in a corporate or commercial setting is preferred.
Solid track record of successfully driving and implementing HR initiatives with functional leaders
Strong verbal and written communication

Annual Pay Range
$111,700.00 - $167,500.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
