Supply Chain Finance, Manager
West Hills, CA
The Supply Chain Finance Manager will be responsible for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. This role will also be responsible to provide analysis and insights regarding financial performance of supply chain. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. The Supply Chain Manager, Finance reports to the Director, Supply Chain Finance and has a direct report.
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include
Managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly Business Updates, and the reporting / analysis of those plans and forecasts to the Leadership Team
Building and maintaining complex financial models along with managing Capital and Cash Flow
Taking an active role in managing and partnering to influence business decisions
Managing month end close and sets Annual Standard Costs during AOP process
Supporting and leading enterprise projects
You'll be successful this role if you have:
Experience in constructing and distilling insights from complex financial models and communicate those insights in lay terms to non-financial people
Strong sense of urgency and have a high bias for action while making sound recommendations based upon a combination of analyses, experience, and judgments
Demonstrated experience in managing a P/L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Ability to challenge the status quo and works well cross functionally
Ability to see the big picture and dive deep into analysis
Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning, or equivalent experience in a related analytical field in a manufacturing or consumer products environment
Deep financial acumen surrounding P/L analysis and management
Willingness and aptitude to challenge and influence others in the organization
Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. MBA is preferred

Annual Pay Range
$125,100.00 - $187,600.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
