The Quality Improvement Leader will be an important part of the Quality Improvement department, which is a dynamic team that collaborates cross-functionally on quality-related initiatives that provides value across our organization and for our consumers. This role will also enable you to take part in the creation of risk-based quality processes and programs that support change, enable innovation and ensures the simplicity and reliability of the company’s Quality systems and standards. The Quality Improvement Leader will report to the Quality Improvement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Creates risk-based approaches to prioritize projects and key initiatives. Creates and maintains tools to achieve departmental focus and deliver closure and sustainment of prioritized efforts.
Lead cross-functional efforts to identify solutions. Including the identification of root cause and recommending appropriate actions.
Qualifies risk, establishes holistic change management around efforts and communicates proactively with impacted parties.
Support key quality performance metrics maintained by the department

Ability to collaborate and lead the development of innovative solutions that manage risk and at the same time, are simple, reliable and agile.
Ability to provide project leadership in the achievement of departmental and company objectives.
Ability to identify, track and interpret key quality metrics, and can communicate complex topics to a diverse cross-functional audience.
Required Skills & Capabilities
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Chemistry, Biology or related science or equivalent work history.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a GMP regulated industry including 5 years of experience in Quality.
A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the dietary supplements industry or equivalent GMP regulated industry.
Ability to utilize common root-cause and risk assessment tools is required.
ASQ, Lean Six Sigma or Quality Engineer certifications preferred.

Annual Pay Range
$111,700.00 - $167,500.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
