The Associate Manager, Social Media and Community Outreach is responsible for building strong connections between the Nature Made brand and consumers in social media channels through community management, content creation, and outreach. This includes partnering with the marketing, social media, and agency team to align conversation and content with the overall brand strategy and brand identity.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Foster engagement with consumers on social media platforms through responding to questions and comments on organic social posts and facilitating ongoing conversation in the comments section of our social media content
Reach new consumers by engaging in relevant, strategic, on-brand conversation beyond the Nature Made handle, through activity in the comments of the posts of consumers, influencers, and brands
Actively nurture influencers to post content and engage with Nature Made through outreach, conversation, and influencer seeding/gifting programs
Lead engagement with Nature Made influencer partners across social media, leading direct influencer outreach, selection, and management according to brand guidelines.
Manage the influencer agency to implement influencer campaigns that align to brand objectives.
Surface themes from community and social conversation to the social media team to support the creation of content that the community is seeking
Lead weekly community management reporting to surface insights regarding levels of engagement, topics of conversation, and impact of outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate brings an energetic combination of proven marketing, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, including consumers connections with brands and culture as well as a passion for connecting with consumers in meaningful ways. You must enjoy a collaborative work environment and working with cross-functional business partners to build social media understanding and ensure that the best interests of the customer and the brand are honored first and foremost.
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:
A passion for social media and the opportunity to connect with consumers through content and conversation
Tangible experience supporting social media campaigns that drove significant results.
Experience leading influencer programs inclusive of affiliate marketing and paid influencer partnerships, with the ability to generate content that aligns to brand strategies and guidelines
Excellent influencing, multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
Strong ability to direct creative strategy through execution, with a focus on grounding work in marketing strategies and consumer insights.

To take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
3-5 years of social media experience for a consumer brand, with at least 1-2 years of social community management experience, and 1-2 years experience managing influencer and affiliate programs
Strong ability to engage in community conversation that upholds brand and business values while speaking to consumers in a relevant, relatable voice
Fluency with creating and editing content for social media
Ability to make focused decisions based on Brand integrity and Company values.
Ability to consistently communicate in a clear and timely manner.

Annual Pay Range$91,328.00 - $136,940.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
