Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

Consult with business leaders and Human Resource colleagues to advise on total compensation decisions and provide day-to-day support, organizational restructures, job design, and compliance and risk Lead compensation projects, equity analysis, and maintain compensation data in Human Resource systems, and conduct audits to confirm accuracy of compensation data Analyze new and existing positions to determine appropriate job levels, classifications and total compensation packages based on market data and company guidelines Oversees bonus, short term and long-term incentive programs. Provides reporting and program recommendations as needed. Assists managers and other employees in interpreting and understanding compensation related human resources related policies. Develops and delivers compensation communications and presentations as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a patient, consultative and collaborative approach. Is disciplined in organizing information in succinct and coherent structures that explains the nuances and implications of data analysis simply. A focus on solutions and producing results in a timely, efficient manner is a must.

  • Excellent planning and follow-up skills required, ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently

To take on these challenges, you will need to have:

  • 4 years of experience in Compensation
  • Advanced to expert level MS Excel, able to work with Microsoft suite of applications such as PowerPoint, Access, and Word
  • Previous experience with Workday a plus
  • Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing compensation and pay
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Compensation certification

Annual Pay

Annual Pay Range

$102,193.00 - $153,340.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.  This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
