Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Creatively explore how to use data to continually add value and translate ad hoc questions into flexible methodologies that scale to answer broad problems across the organization.
Build the framework and understanding of how personalized digital media marketing can add value to the business.
Work across the technical, analytical, and operational teams to ensure all testing is setup with clear intended outcomes, clear measures of success and clean execution.
Deliver solutions to democratize data cross-functionally and across our ecosystem and continually research and drive enhancements to our data architecture and pipelines.
Develops customized algorithms to solve analytical problems with incomplete data sets, and implements automated processes for efficiently producing scale models.
This individual will utilize ETL techniques, statistical analysis, machine learning/data mining techniques, data visualization skills and related tools/software to solve challenging problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building a variety of models across consumer, retail sales, and media. This person will serve as the thought leader of data science applications within the marketing organization. They will have experience building models for complex business questions, dealing with ambiguity, and conceptualizing analytics frameworks to scale insights. The ideal candidate will also be expert in story-telling with data and socializing insights in a clear and compelling manner that enables decision-making among stakeholder groups.

To take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
3-5+years’ proven record of success managing teams to deliver marketing and/or commerce strategy, design, and implementation.
Experience with any combination of advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and analytic techniques for marketing, customer, and business applications.
Serving in the role of a solution architect to present compelling digital viewpoints integrating and scaling digital marketing and commerce solutions in the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions.
Expertise in MS Excel – lookups, pivot tables, dynamic charts and tables required.
Proficient in data visualization tools – PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
Proficient in programming with Python or R.

Annual Pay Range
$160,720.00 - $241,080.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
