MRO Inventory Coordinator

New Albany, Ohio

Position Summary:

Maintains all inventory stores and tool cribs for the Maintenance Department.  Receives, issues, and performs routine physical counts on parts and supplies.  Keeps the inventory clean and organized utilizing a computerized inventory system.


  • Maintains an organized and clean inventory for the Maintenance and Packaging Maintenance store.
  • Receives and issues parts, tools and supplies for maintenance projects and repairs.
  • Receives and issues supplies for plant operations.
  • Performs routine cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Maintains and updates computerized inventory control system.
  • Assists mechanics with work orders and expediting repairs to equipment.
  • Occasionally drives to pick up purchased mechanical parts and supplies.
  • Builds relationships with vendors and external contractors.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:


High School diploma or GED is required.


Excellent driving record required; must provide current DMV information.


Minimum of 3 months to one-year experience. 



  • PC skills, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, mechanical and electrical parts.
  • Good English oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Work within a manufacturing environment and on occasion may work with vendors to resolve unique parts requirements.  Ability to consistently stand and/or walk while carrying 30lbs.  Also demonstrates the ability to climb step ladders/stools while carrying parts and supplies.  Attention at frequent intervals, some eye strain.  Somewhat repetitive.


 Limited exposure to disagreeable elements is negligible.


Must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Annual Pay

Annual Pay Range

$37,515.00 - $61,808.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.  This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.

Voluntary overtime requested by non-exempt employees must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor.
