Key Responsibilities:
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Supervises the development, creation, and maintenance of all data files and fields for operating application systems.
Performs as the principal systems link between Marketing, Sales, and Operations for the communication of new products or product changes.
Develops, modifies, and enforces policies and procedures ensuring application systems integrity.
Serves as a liaison between IS and operations personnel identifying and promoting database enhancements. Communicates and trains the user community as required.
Serves as security officer for all operations information systems. Personally administers, authorizes, and audits the security of systems users and programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is recognized as a subject matter expert in manufacturing data, able to guide business teams through development of data setups when new and unusual circumstances arise, comfortable with technology, and able to lead and coach a small team through daily data processing work. They are process-oriented yet curious and adaptable, able to understand where processes can be improved to better meet business needs. They enjoy developing team members and fostering their growth, whether it be in hard technical areas or as representative leads within business initiatives.

The intuition and ability to quickly connect the dots regarding manufacturing systems and data requirements.
The ability to analyze data quickly to extract business intelligence to for decision support. The comfort in working with business intelligence tools for this purpose.
The skills to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners that are based on a foundation of effective communication.
The skills to lead a team effectively, to provide guidance and coaching as needed to ensure they perform at their best ability
Capabilities & Skills Required:
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
Requires one to two years of college or its equivalent.
American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certification preferred.
Two to five years’ experience in manufacturing and operations information systems.
Competent knowledge of manufacturing systems, JDE is a plus.
Well organized with sound oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.

Annual Pay Range
$81,488.00 - $122,283.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
