Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
• Conduct front end analysis and needs assessment to propose appropriate development solutions
• Design, develop and facilitate Talent & Organization Development solutions
• Partner across HR and coach HRBPs to ensure high impact delivery of solutions
• Interface with internal presenters, business leaders, external facilitators and vendors
• Partner with T&OD Specialist to plan implementation of solutions and support related legal and procurement related activities
• Design, implement and oversee the performance management cycle including creation of tools and resources for employees and managers
• Utilize Workday and/or supporting tools to administer talent processes including performance management
• Manage program related communications and related information on company intranet
• Utilize data and analytics to assess effectiveness and business impact of solutions


THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is recognized as a high performing HR talent who is known for designing, developing, and delivering high quality solutions that meet business needs. You have a deep experience and expertise in human performance interventions and training and development programs, as well as exposure to a broad range of learning, development and organization effectiveness solutions. You have strong understanding of performance management and experience with implementing performance cycles across the organization. You enjoy building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Talent & Organization Development objectives.

The ideal candidate also has worked in – and has passion for – the health and wellness industry.
You will be most successful in this role if you have:
• Prior experience in HR building and delivering organization and leadership development programs
• Strong technical skills including needs assessment, curriculum and instructional design and facilitation of classroom and virtual training
• Prior experience in implementing performance and talent management cycles
• A track record of planning and advancing multiple initiatives in a fast paced and changing business environment
• Prior experience managing all aspects of training design and delivery
• Known as a collaborative talent partner both to the business and within Human Resources

In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
• A bachelor’s degree is required preferably in human resources, organization behavior, training and development or related area of study; master’s degree in instructional design or organizational behavior is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience working with human resources with at least 5 years’ experience in organization effectiveness, training and development is required.
• Experience leading performance management cycle and implementing goal setting and annual reviews via HR systems.
• Experience designing and developing programs on leadership and management skills.
• Experience facilitating training and successfully delivering programs.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for learning and desire to advance in an evolving HR function.

Annual Pay

Annual Pay Range

$128,228.00 - $192,290.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.  This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
