The Facilities Services Coordinator, positioned in the Corporate Office, has daily contact with all levels of employees, management, vendors and visitors. We’re looking for an energetic, pro-active, and diligent professional to fit into our dynamic team, and be responsible for building maintenance at our Corporate Headquarters, overseeing our employee vitamin stores, and managing various employee services in addition to providing administrative support to the Facilities Team.
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Corporate Office building maintenance, repair coordination and follow up, including lighting and electrical repairs, supplemental HVAC maintenance, and other numerous building repairs and periodic/annual maintenance activities.
Being the HQ liaison for the team of engineers reporting to property management and owning the process for reporting issues and organizing repairs.
Overseeing management of Employee Vitamin Stores, training others on procedures, POS support, ordering product, entering and overseeing inventory/employee/tax reporting data for the stores, and auditing on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
Purchasing supplies for office spaces in the CA facilities, coordination of employee services and fielding miscellaneous requests from employees as well as management of business accounts and reconciliation of corresponding invoices.
Facilities Department subject matter expert and cross-trainer for vitamin stores, mail operations, front office procedures, JDE and purchase requisitions.

Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
High school diploma/GED. Some college preferred.
3 months to 1 year related experience.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Familiarity with Teams, phone attendant console, or similar system.
Ability to accurately close out sales on a POS system.

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range
$40,795.00 - $61,398.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.
Voluntary overtime requested by non-exempt employees must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor.
